Worth Recruiting is working with a well-established independent estate agency operating across Berkshire and Oxfordshire, currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join their Abingdon branch.

This is an ideal role for a confident property professional with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to win new business in a fast-paced market. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating sales
• Generating and winning new business opportunities
• Delivering exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors
• Managing offers and progressing sales to completion
• Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Maintaining an active awareness of the local property market 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales
• Confident sales and negotiation abilities
• Professional and customer-service focused
• Positive attitude and strong telephone manner
• Well-presented, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Knowledge of the Abingdon area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Professional and proactive approach to estate agency
