What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of high-end Docklands properties

• Responding to buyer enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings

• Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

• Building strong, lasting relationships with buyers and sellers

• Promoting additional services including financial and legal referrals

• Generating new business through networking, referrals, and local canvassing

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• At least 2 years’ experience in residential property sales

• Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset

• Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Resilient and able to perform under pressure

• Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
