An exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented Sales Progressor to manage property sales from offer to completion, ensuring clients receive outstanding service and communication throughout the process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and proactive Property Sales Progressor who is dedicated to providing a first-class service to clients and supporting a dynamic sales team.

You will manage the sales pipeline from start to finish, keeping all parties informed, minimising delays, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the sales progression process from offer to completion
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and agents
• Providing regular updates to clients and colleagues on progress
• Ensuring all parties are aware of required timescales and actions
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the process
• Supporting the sales team with communication and administrative needs

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in property sales progression
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of the residential sales process
• Confidence when liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator beneficial
