Experienced Sales Progressor needed for a busy estate agency in Plumstead. Deliver excellent customer service and manage sales pipelines with strong communication and organisational skills. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Sales Progressor/Administrator to join a successful independent estate agency.

You'll play a key role in driving sales progression, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth transactions from offer to completion. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents
• Keep all parties informed on sales progression and timelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
• Deliver excellent service from instruction to completion
• Ensure your sales team is informed and updated regularly 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in property sale progression is essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organised, accurate, and able to prioritise tasks
• Strong knowledge of the property sales process
• Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
• Confidence when dealing with multiple stakeholders
