Job Title: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agent

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a broad portfolio of premium Hampton Hill properties

• Handling applicant enquiries, arranging and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating sales, managing offers, and securing the best outcomes for sellers

• Building lasting relationships with clients and buyers

• Promoting and selling financial services and legal referrals

• Driving new business through referrals, networking, and local canvassing

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property role

• Highly motivated and commercially minded

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
