Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator required for a busy Woking estate agency branch. Focused on residential sales, winning instructions, generating new business, and delivering high-level customer service and results.

An independent Sales and Lettings agency is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their active Woking branch. This role suits an experienced property professional with a strong sales record and new business focus.

The company have a busy local office and the role offers excellent earning potential and prospects for a candidate with the right attitude 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential property sales from instruction to completion
• Generating and winning new business opportunities
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Contributing to branch targets and performance
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
• Delivering high standards of customer service throughout the sales process 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure
• Target-focused and commercially aware
• Professional presentation and manner
• Good knowledge of the local area market
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Full UK driving licence
